About Us

The Rock River Human Resources Professional Association is a professional association serving the Lee, Whiteside, Ogle and surrounding counties and communities, dedicated to professional development and networking of human resources professionals. The RRHRPA is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our chapter has received the SHRM Merit Award for nine years of its affiliation with SHRM.

Chapter Meetings

The chapter meets the last Tuesday of each month, excluding June, July, August and December, at 12:00 Noon at Sauk Valley Community College. The meetings conclude by 1:30 pm. The Sauk Valley College cafeteria is open so
attendees can have lunch while attending the meeting. Speakers and topics are presented to enhance the professional development of our members, and the HR profession.

The following meetings are held at the Sauk Valley Community College, Room 2K2. Registration and additional information is available by contacting the Chapter President or Membership Chair below.
